Some interior decorators require you to use their own line of products.  We are driven by customer needs and use any locally available materials.  We will use materials purchased at Toom, Obi, Hornbach, or any vendor of your choice (or even something you have in your house already that you want to re-purpose).  We are not attached to any brand and will ensure you get the best quality product for the price.

Yes!  We offer a low-price guarantee.  If we provide an estimate and you find another German-registered company that will do the same project cheaper, we will match their offer and give you an additional 10% off.

Yes, we have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If you find a defect within 2 weeks of project completion, we will fix it to your satisfaction.  If we can't correct it to your satisfaction, we will refund your order in form of a lifetime credit redeemable with Lend a Hand.

Yes, our quotes are based on our estimated labor and material costs and are valid for 3 months.

It depends. We are careful to follow all German and U.S. military regulations. We accept VAT forms for minor cosmetic repairs and maintenance such as wallpaper/painting and any other move-in/move-out repairs typically paid for by tenants. If you want to use a VAT form on your project, please tell us when we come for your free consultation. We'll check with the local VAT office to ensure your project qualifies as tax-free.
